What is the 10-Year Diamond Award?

The 10-Year Diamond Award from ClearlyRated is the highest honor for recruiting agencies. To qualify, staffing agencies must win ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing Award for a minimum of 10 consecutive years, consistently achieving exceptional scores from both clients and candidates. To put this achievement into perspective, only 17% of the recruiting agencies participating in the 2023 Best of Staffing Awards earned the prestigious 10-Year Diamond Award.

Is the 10-Year Diamond Award Important for Our Clients and Candidates? 

According to ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing program, which relies on ratings from clients and candidates, winners of these prestigious awards such as Culver Careers have showcased exceptional service quality. On average, clients partnering with winning agencies are 1.6 times more likely to be completely satisfied, while candidates placed by winning agencies are similarly 1.6 times more likely to express complete satisfaction compared to those collaborating with non-winning agencies.
