People matter to you

You’re excited about your co-workers and not only do you consider them to be friends, but you’re inspired by their passion and dedication and you’re impressed by the wonderful things they’re accomplishing. You’re happy to share credit with them and you help them out without hesitating. When you’re sick, you feel guilty because you know these people are counting on you. You consider your clients and customers to be actual people, not just numbers and quotas.

You value success

You don’t think in terms of surviving the workday. Instead you focus on being successful in the hours you spend there. You’re rewarded not only by money, but you feel fulfilled and gratified when you complete a successful project or meet a deadline.
