As a recruiter you will be responsible for learning all aspects of our business from high-activity sales to training to P&L. When you initially start you will learn & execute the Culver Placement Process, which includes on a daily basis:

• Identifying qualified candidates through cold and warm calling
• Interviewing candidates to fill existing sales & management job openings
• Consulting candidates throughout the entire interview process
• Prospecting and negotiating contracts with companies to use our placement services and building a personal book of business
• Having fun with dynamic teammates and vibrant candidates/clientele

During the first six months, training is conducted on a one-on-one basis and covers: recruiting, new account development, career consulting and extensive selling skills.
