The Management Path
The Management Path is designed for those individuals who have natural leadership skills and want the opportunity to run their own business. Our managers are responsible for selling, staffing and developing the professional and personal skill sets of their employees. Our managers not only have the opportunity to develop personal relationships with their employees and their client companies, but they also have the opportunity to earn well into six figures based upon personal and team production.

Our ideal manager profile is someone who is driven, has a strong work ethic, has excellent interpersonal skills and has the ability to get the best out of their people, while creating a fun and invigorating work environment. Managing Directors are responsible for finding new clients, recruiting candidates, staffing their branches, developing their teams and the operational functions of the branch. Our managers that prove themselves and operate at the highest levels will have the opportunity to advance their careers into VP levels and above.

The Recruiter Path
The Recruiter Path is designed for money-motivated individuals who enjoy the challenge of selling opportunities to the currently employed. They are often well-desired individuals. In many cases, the recruiter can "specialize" in a particular niche market in the sales field (i.e. Software/IT; Pharmaceutical; Medical Sales, etc) and become a master in his or her field to create residual income.

The Account Management Path
The purpose of the Account Management Path is to maximize client relationships within a large, established account base. Account Managers are responsible for creating new recruiting opportunities within Major Accounts in established geographic regions throughout the US. Other responsibilities include developing strong relationships with client decision-makers as well as assisting in the training and development of recruiters who are assigned to Major Accounts. A successful Account Manager possesses the ability to effectively multi-task. An Account Manager is also a problem solver, and is very activity-oriented. Account Managers thrive in a fast-paced, hi-volume sales environment, and enjoy training others on their accounts. A team-player attitude, organizational ability, and efficiency are key characteristics as well. This path offers exciting advancement opportunities and lucrative earning potential, as well as continuous training in order to ensure the success of path members!
